Class T.image
T.image-class.RdA class for the representation of a matrix or table object in which values have different colors.
Objects from the Class
T.image objects can be created by calls of the form new("T.image", ...).
The regular usage in this package is to use the table.image function.
Slots
dataa list containing data or data's name.
dftab: the displayed values which can betable,distormatrixin the form of a data frame, a name or a matching callcoordsx: an integer or a vector indicating the columns ofdftabkeptcoordsy: an integer or a vector indicating the rows ofdftabkeptlabelsx: columns labelslabelsy: rows labelsframe: a positive or null integer. It is the number of the frame containing the data (used withsys.frame(..., env = data$frame)). Only if the data are not stored (i.e.data$storeData = FALSE).storeData: a logical indicating if the data should be stored in the returned object. IfFALSE, only the names of the data arguments are stored.
trellis.para list of parameters for
latticecall. It will be passed directly topar.settingsarguments of thelatticefunction.adeg.para list of graphical parameters, corresponding to the ones given by
adegpar()function.lattice.calla list to create the
trellisobject.g.argsa list containing some method parameters linked with the created object of
ADEg.Tclass. The specific slots forT.imageobjects are:breaks: a vector of values to splitdftab. IfNULL,pretty(dftab, nclass)is used.nclass: an integer for the number of desired intervals, ignored ifbreaksis not missing.col: aNULLvalue, a color or a colors vector used for the cells.

Methods
The methods of the father classes "ADEg.T" and "ADEg" can be used by inheritance.
The specific methods for T.image are:
- prepare
signature(object = "T.image"): calls the parent method (prepareforADEg.T) and modifies some graphical parameters used by default and calculates limits and grid.- panel
signature(object = "T.image"): draws raster image.
